Rates

1 session per week for 1 month = $260 - (add nutritional counseling with functional nutrition practitioner David Nash, a $200 value for only $75)

2 sessions per week for 1 month = $520 - (nutritional counseling included)

3 sessions per week for 1 month = $650 - (nutritional counseling included)

Keith Lawson: Smyrna Certified Personal Trainer

Providing in-home or on location Personal Training in Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings, Kennesaw, Roswell, Mableton, East Cobb and Cobb County.

Rates

1 session per week for 1 month = $220 - (add nutritional counseling with functional nutrition practitioner David Nash, a $200 value for only $75)

2 sessions per week for 1 month = $440 - (nutritional counseling included)

3 sessions per week for 1 month = $550 - (nutritional counseling included)

Personal training can be scheduled at KangaZoom Inflatable Facility in Smyrna, Leaping Lizard’s Inflatable Facility in Decatur, client’s home or location of choice. Personal training packages over 2 sessions per week include nutritional counseling. When you commit to a 3-month personal training package we will deduct 10% off your total package cost.

Small Group Training Packages

Intended for 2-5 people

David Nash: Decatur Certified Personal Trainer

Rates

Flat rate of $100.00 per site visit

2 client party = $50 per person per visit

3 client party = $33 per person per visit

4 client party = $25 per person per visit

5 client party = $20 per person per visit

Flat rate of $80.00 per site visit

2 client party = $40 per person per visit

3 client party = $27 per person per visit

4 client party = $20 per person per visit

5 client party = $16 per person per visit

Small group training can be scheduled at client’s work facility, client’s home, or location of choice.  Small group training client’s will receive nutritional recommendations, but will not receive nutritional counseling.  Training packages will cover a 1-month period congruent with the trainer’s flat rate and agreed number of visits per week.
