What is different about Pinnacle Fitness Bootcamp?
A client once asked, "Why do I see results with your program, and I haven't seen any results from the aerobics class that I've attend every week for years?"  The answer is simple. The aerobics class is geared to give you a cardio workout, and our program is made to change your lifestyle!

 

Our program motivates people through fun exercise by our certified professionals.  We will teach you how to properly perform many different forms of exercises and teach you the benefit of maintaing good daily nutrition. Unlike many other bootcamps, we have a customized nutritional program and offer classes throughout the entire year. We have indoor facilities so you can enjoy the benefits of a great program in a controlled environment. The best part about our program is that it is affordable!

 

 

I have not been able to stick with exercise in the past and nothing has seemed to motivate me to change.  How can Pinnacle Fitness Bootcamp benefit me?
We find that people want accountability and motivating factors for their exercise routine. The reason why many people struggle with workout routines is because they do not understand the dynamics of a good exercise program, and they do not have someone who they can share their experience with . It is more fun to exercise with your friends and neighbors than do it by yourself.  At PBF we encourage our clientele to tell their friends, family, and neighbors about our classes.  Since our classes are affordable, your closest companions will be able to be there through your process of achieving your fitness goals. Our wonderful staff of trainers will also be eager to motivate, encourage, and instruct you to obtain your goals and objectives.

 

Do you address nutrition?
At Pinnacle, we not only address nutrition, we customize it for YOU!  We understand that everyone has a different biochemical make up.  One man's food can be another man's poison. That's why we have adopted the Metabolic Typing Program.  Nutritional (metabolic) typing is a way to determine how your body processes carbohydrates, proteins, and fats and determine what foods are best for you. Once those guidelines are set we will evaluate your circadian rhythm, insulin-glucagon balance, and blood type. Through these methods we will customize a program that will help you have sustained energy, enhanced digestion, improved fitness performance, and a strengthened immune system.  This program is the only true way of finding a perfect nutritional balance for your type. Do I have to commit to a set schedule?
Our program allows you the flexibility to set your own schedule. You can mix and match classes every week if you wish. As long as you meet the required package amount that you registered for you will be good to go.

 

What if I’m not physically fit?
We welcome all fitness levels. We understand that each individual who attends our bootcamp will start at a different fitness level. Pinnacle Fitness Bootcamp is designed to help the average person get in the best shape of their lives.  Whether you are a stay at home mom or a police officer, PBF will help you achieve maximal physical efficiency.  Our goal is to challenge our clientele to push their bodies to the limits, improving their muscular strength and muscular endurance for optimal physical efficiency.

What does a typical day consist in the fitness classes?
During our workout sessions we try to make sure that we address a variety of fitness needs for our clientele.  Our clientele will have the benefit of exercising in the areas of cardiovascular endurance, balance, strength training, agility,  flexibility, accuracy, stamina and coordination. We will be using different modalities which include, functional training, interval training, resistance training, calisthenics, running, obstacle courses, and more.  Everyone should leave feeling challenged.

What if I don't need to lose weight? Pinnacle Fitness Bootcamp looks to serve each of our client's fitness needs. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or just stay toned up our staff are trained to help you reach your goals. Yes, if you want to get pumped we can help you.

What items should I bring to the classes?
You need to bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water every day.  You also need to wear comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes.
